Now wealthy individuals are queueing up to open Singapore bank accounts. Gone are the 2010s of Singapore RMs flying to Shanghai just to open an account for a $2M "promised" deposit.
With this signal, expect the house price pump and the Michelin five-stars to make a return.

Robots work 24/7, 365 days a yr non-stop! Stop cheap labor, hire more highly paid robotics engineers! Msia needs to progress!

Indonesia is loosing investors, singapore is not sustainable bcos operating cos is too high, everywhere else the economy is in the gutter and we are here winning. This isn't the win you think it is. Singapore isn't losing out on this. They already hire Malaysians to work there for lower blue collar jobs
If they move to Malaysia they can hire them for 3 times less. U'd need to pay min RM6800 in Singapore factories Vs RM1700 in Malaysia.

That’s why I’ve never got the whole ‘Singapore is expensive’ stereotype, especially when it comes from locals.
Singapore is expensive for expats, given that they have to rent private housing, are subject to expensive international school fees for their children etc.
But for locals? In relation to the average salaries, it’s far cheaper than our neighbours and other global cities.

In Msia, we are patting each other's back for getting a "C", while in Spore you get derided for getting an "A" coz it shud hv been an "A+". That's why the big economic gap between the 2.🤷♂️😏

LQS for locals was S$1,800, no local SGs wanted that so they couldn't fill 40% with locals. It was either Johor or no factory (no jobs for MY at all).

applied a job in Malaysia and guess what? my salary expectation was too low they said. they said at least I should've expected 5000 MYR for my standard 😭 could be even higher bcs I've worked for 5+ years.

5. Jadi yang kat Thailand, EV CBU akan naik harga.
