i started this online money thing when i was 14. my first ever dollar on the internet came from designing posts on fiverr. i made $15. not per hour. total. i switched to video editing because designing was going nowhere for me. spent months learning, trying, failing. my first editing client paid me $3 per reel lol. worked with him for a bit. then it stopped. end of 2023, i landed another client. @orbed_ . he paid $60 upfront for some tiktok edits. (still working with him till this day) that $60 was a genuine turning point in my life. i still remember how it felt. not because it was a lot for me back in the day. but because it proved something: “oh shit… i can actually make real money on the internet.” that payment gave me an insane boost. i went harder. made good money with nick. upgraded my entire setup thanks to him. after some time i met a friend on discord and we started an editing agency together. it completely flopped lol. no clients. nothing. at that time i was still making a couple thousand per month editing solo. early 2025, we shut that agency down. problems with the friend. lessons learned. so i decided to started posting consistently on twitter as a video editor. signed some clients here and there. tested instagram content. tested outreach. learned a lot. then in april 2025, i had a realization: there is no way i scale to $10k, $20k, $50k+ per month as an editor. it’s just a 9-5 from home lol. still trading time for money. still capped. no leverage. so i switched. i went all in on building a content agency. binged @/theaymanarab youtube videos on how to start and scale an agency all day. marketing, outreach, sales, youtube. built the foundation in 2 days. started outreach immediately. it went… bad. 250+ outreaches. 1 call booked. 0 closed. but that failure slapped me in the face in a good way. “you’re ass at sales.” “you’re ass at marketing.” “you’re ass at outreach.” so i doubled down on learning. changed my outreach strategy. started posting on youtube + instagram (inconsistent at first, got better) turned 16yo in june 2025, and i landed my first dfy client. $1.5k/month retainer. that’s when things clicked. i doubled down even harder. more outreach. more replies. more learning. ups and downs. then september 2025 came. fucking school started. i went there for one month. hated every second of it. so i made a hard decision: i dropped out of high school to go all in on my business. it wasn't easy a lot of arguments with my parents at the beginning. but after that they were okay with it because i already proved i could make money. first month after dropping out: $10k. next month: $7k. life got too comfortable in my hometown in morocco. so i decided to leave. booked a flight to malaysia and bali with @AhmedElsaleet & @CzechMarquise . locked in together in one apartment. traveling showed me how many opportunities exist. how much bigger the world is. how much more is possible. now i’m focused on: scaling building my personal brand building a strong team signing more clients getting insane results for clients goal for 2026: $100k/month. i have 0% regret dropping out of high school. literally none. take the risk. but make sure you’re ready to do everything for it.

reading books is a hell of a fucking scam that i've been sold to i used to read a shit ton of books last year and the year before think rich grow rich, the millionaire fastlane, 4 hour work week, atomic habits, ego is the enemy... all of this bullshit but it really didn't teach me shit, it was basically just mental masturbation the thing that's gonna teach you, is specific knowledge on a very specific thing direct learning. a WHOLE ASS BOOK on a bunch of different topics won't teach you like literally 99% of it is BS, just a fucking waste of time to read a book it would take multiple hours, like tens of hours and you need to read that book multiple times to properly digest the lessons.. which would take a shit ton of time. so i'd rather watch a specific youtube video on the thing i wanna learn.. or pay someone who knows to teach me you don't need to read a whole book to pray and hope that in that whole book there's a little information that's useful to you so personally i do not believe that books is an effective way to learn things.

posting youtube videos without a distribution strategy is retarded here's what to do after uploading: within 48 hours: -send to your entire email list your subscribers are warm already instant qualified views -post on linkedin with a giveaway "comment YT and i'll send you the breakdown" collect emails while promoting -clip the best 30-60 second moments post to instagram reels, tiktok, twitter funnel short-form traffic to long-form -send manually to prospects in your pipeline people who didn't close no-shows who ghosted leads who went cold one relevant video can revive a dead lead -add to your automated flows pre-call sequences post-call follow-ups no-show nurture campaigns most people upload and hope the algorithm does the work the ones printing money are actively pushing their videos everywhere treat each upload like a product launch promote hard for 48 hours then let it grow organically DM me "YT" if you want this done for you

brez just posted a 60-minute sales asset disguised as entertainment content and nobody even realized they were being sold to here's exactly how he did it: brez posted a jubilee style 10v1 video "9 to 5 workers confront online millionaire" on the surface it looks like debate content some random kid with a lambo arguing with construction workers and college students about whether his $4k course is a scam but if you actually watch what's happening he's systematically destroying every single objection his audience has before they even think about buying and they don't realize it's a pitch until their wallet is already open here's the main objections he handled and how you implement this for your own: OBJECTION 1: "you just got lucky / you come from money" multiple people accuse him of being privileged he's completely transparent his parents did well but when he dropped out they told him they wouldn't give him a dollar he moved across the country with $40-50k he saved himself then got scammed for $60k by a manufacturer and had to figure it out with almost nothing left he's not claiming rags to riches he's claiming he had to work for it even with a decent starting point OBJECTION 2: "courses are a scam, the info is free on google" brez doesn't deny it he reframes it a course is all that information summarized in one place with coaching and support on top instead of spending years finding it yourself you're paying someone who already figured it out to help you skip the failures he's not arguing the information is exclusive he's arguing the curation, access and mentorship have value and are worth the money OBJECTION 3: "college is safer and more predictable" a girl argues a tech job at instagram paying $500k is more predictable than entrepreneurship brez agrees college is more predictable then points out that predictability means trading your time for money forever and college is literally just the biggest course ever sold you're paying $60k+ to learn from people who have never actually done the thing they're teaching his course is the same investment but with higher ROI potential and teachers who have real experience WHY THIS FORMAT IS GENIUS brez put himself in a debate where random people threw their absolute best objections at him and the audience watching at home has the exact same objections and then they watch brez destroy it in real time by the end of the video their concerns and objections are gone he also delivered social proof through storytelling instead of screenshots a student who came on his livestream almost in tears with gratitude taking his top 10 students on a yacht and throughout all of it brez stayed completely calm when one guy tried to rage bait him he said "you're making a really good effort at trying to rage bait me but my cortisol is not spiking" he looked reasonable while his opponents looked emotional by the end of the video the viewers have all their objections handled without even realizing it they were ready to invest in his $4k course and were pre-sold with no objections HOW YOU CAN DO THE SAME if you're getting the same objections on every sales call stop trying to handle them one call at a time make a youtube video for each objection that handles them before someone books a call just make a list of the most common objections you always get and make a youtube video for each one handling the objection If you do cold email and prospects always tell you that “cold email is dead”, make a video titled “cold email isn’t dead, you’re just doing it wrong” and handle the objection in that video this way, all your objections are pre-handled and prospects become easier than ever to close if brez, saamir, and countless other huge biz owners are doing this, it’s your sign to do it too - ibrahim

PLEASE STOP HIRING DFY AGENCIES TO MAKE YOU $$$ ON YOUTUBE 99% of YouTube agencies look something like this: - Not ran by actual YouTube experts - They're learning how to produce results AFTER you pay them - Your brand gets handed to the cheapest hires (cuz margins bro!) - You leave with zero knowledge when it's over - You rely on a $5k/mo retainer for results (maybe) There's a reason the biggest names in the info space refuse to work with agencies They know that learning the systems yourself and going in-house is the most elite way to do things: - Your content still feels like YOU - Better results because YOU actually understand the system - You can train your own people and stop dependency forever - You keep the margin agencies were taking (THOUANDS OF DOLLARS) That's exactly why I built my offer around teaching you the system while we build it together My goal is to make myself USELESS to you DM me if you're ready to actually own your YouTube

lucky is finally live after seeing how unfair most casinos are (rigging odds, not paying out winners, and much more), I decided to start my own. i've been a gambler my whole life and know exactly what a gambler wants, and many of the big casinos all do one thing well, none have it all. this has been brewing in the background for the past years, and I had to learn a whole new industry from scratch. lost millions, gained infinite lessons. today is the day we finally release it to the public. I can't wait to take you guys on this journey 🍀
