your youtube channel should feel like a funnel. if you're posting random videos with no connection between them a viewer watches one and has nowhere to go next. they click off and forget you existed.the right way to build it: -TOF video pulls them in from search. -MOF video deepens the problem. -BOF video shows them the proof. every video leads into the next one. by the time they reach out they've already been through your entire sales process without you doing anything.

the reason you're not closing on sales calls has nothing to do with your sales skills. -every person has a different trust threshold before they spend money with you. -some have been burned before and need to know everything about you first. others are decisive and pull the trigger fast. but most service providers are trying to build ALL of that trust on the call itself. 60, 90 minutes per person. convincing them from scratch. every single call. that's exhausting and it doesn't scale. 1 good video builds that same trust with a thousand people at the same time while you're sleeping. someone shows up to your call already knowing: -who you are. -what you do. -why you're the right person. the hard work is already done before you even say hello. you're not convincing them anymore. you're just confirming what they already believe. that's why long form youtube content is untouchable. people watch 30, 40 minutes of you and feel like they know you personally before you've ever spoken. the goal is to make your sales calls feel like a formality. and the only way to get there is to let your content do the heavy lifting before anyone ever gets on a call with you.

you worked your ass off to get that booked call and then you just let it fall apart. your prospect booked. they're interested. but they're still not fully sold. what you should be sending them in that window: -one in-depth educational video showing your expertise. -one case study video showing a result similar to their situation. by the time they get on the call they've consumed 30-40 minutes of your content. they already trust you. they already believe you can get them results. you're not selling anymore. you're just confirming the price. this alone can 2x your close rate without changing a single thing about your sales script.

uploading a youtube video and doing nothing after is the DUMBEST thing you can do. every time you post a video, push it everywhere: -linkedin post with the video linked at the end. -twitter post or giveaway driving people to watch. -instagram story with a screen recording of the hook. -email to your list with a teaser and the link. your linkedin and twitter audiences already trust you. they convert to youtube viewers at a way higher rate than cold traffic. and every external view you drive signals to youtube that the video is worth pushing to more people inside the platform. you're not just distributing. you're training the algorithm to find more people like your existing audience.

you don't need a big channel to sign high ticket clients from youtube. you need the RIGHT channel. a channel with 500 subscribers targeting your exact ICP will always outperform a channel with 100,000 subscribers targeting everyone. my client luke got $2,000 cash collected from his first video. with less than 500 views. the only thing that matters is whether the right people are watching. and whether those people have the exact problem your offer solves.

your youtube channel has a trust problem not a views problem. here's what actually builds trust: -case study breakdowns showing exact step by step results. -client interviews where the transformation is stated in the first 30 seconds. -a free course video where you give away your entire process. here's what doesn't build trust: -how-to videos with no proof behind them. -talking about results without showing them. -posting consistently with zero social proof on the channel. views get people to your channel. trust is what makes them book. you can have 100k views and zero clients if nobody believes you.
