Cape Town marathon needs to reconsider their calendar. Some of us would like to run it one day, but the fact that it falls outside the Comrades calendar, it’s a deterrent.

Max Verstappen has threatened to quit Formula 1 at the end of this season if planned changes to the engine regulations for next year are blocked.
The FIA said recently that an agreement had been reached in principle to changes that would reduce the need for energy management from 2027.
But opposition has emerged in subsequent talks around the detail of the plan and there is currently not enough support for the change to be passed.

Everyone backs the “2 year rule” for players to prove themselves… until it’s their favourite player lol.
Stop backing players blindly. Whether it’s Amad or Cunha and Mbeumo who only joined last season. If they don’t prove they’re good enough for United, you upgrade. It's not rocked science.

He’s not a kid anymore, he’s turning 24. He needs to have a better decision making, score goals, get assists and decide games. Dribbling is for street football, real football requires much more than that and he’s just not delivering. Next season, he needs to establish himself as one of the main players otherwise we could be looking at another Rashford type situation, where one good season is followed by two or three that are average at best.
