Man, such bad advice. What will 1M buy you in 30 years? Your purchasing power is quickly eroding and will only accelerate going forward with debt situation and money supply. Better off investing in a diversified portfolio which will likely yield 8-10% annual growth and still pull 5% and compound your growth. Include some BTC in the portfolio!
