I completely disagree. All I’ve heard over and over is that programs and player reps are in constant communication long before the portal opens. He knows his market - I would be shocked if he comes back and if he does and he’s playing the leverage game then that’s lame imo

In my personal opinion: He’s entering the portal to see what the market offers to then use it as leverage with BYU. I have zero problem with this. That is the reality we live in today.

I don't blame Rob Wright for this. The problem with asking questions about a player's future, right after the season ended, is that at the time it probably was true in Rob's mind.
But things can change. Especially when you're 19 years-old, figuring out life. No hard feelings

@Aggiealltheway2 I agree. Calhoun baked this in his approach to keep him. Make him a starter, show some of his flashes. Calhoun ups the value so it makes it unaffordable to keep him. I am telling you, Calhoun is a snake. The fact that he had his own cheer is besides me. No coach should have that

gonna give him big money but still have to develop him. I think he takes a step up next year but he only averaged 6 ppg. I think we can get 2 or 3 more experienced (but less future potential) guys for his price. USU shouldn’t pay big money for potential that might be years out.

Utah State has resigned the 2nd 4-star athlete from it's program best recruiting class.
Retaining two of the three 4-stars will be massive next year. Kingston was thought to be as good of a prospect as Elamin was last year.
Can't wait to see Kingston on the floor.
