Try this simple approach consistently for one month. If you don’t see a clear improvement in your trading performance, feel free to unfollow me. 🤷♀️
Here’s the framework:
》Start with the daily timeframe, understand the bigger picture.
Where is price coming from, where is it likely headed, and what narrative is forming?
》Drop to the 4H timeframe, map your externals.
Identify highs and lows, and determine which are strong or weak.
》Define the external order flow.
Be clear on the direction price is moving within that higher structure.
》Refine your view by dropping down to the M30 or H1 timeframe to map out your internal structure.
》Follow the internal order flow.
Use it to identify your POIs and target internal liquidity as your exit points.
》For reversals, wait for a valid QMR to form, no confirmation, no trade.
》Execute with your preferred entry model, ensuring liquidity is engineered around it.
Keep it simple.
Come back with results 💪

As a trader, be patient enough to wait for structure to form and give you clear guidance into price movement 💯.
Be detailed enough to identify where true liquidity is resting, which market participants are holding it (buyers or sellers), and where the next DOL lies.
Be thorough enough to confirm whether price is at a discount or premium, and which Fibonacci retracement level provides the best POI, with IRL resting above or below 💯.
Be disciplined enough to sit on your hands and not gamble away your capital—chasing shadows, overtrading, and exhausting your mental capital—until every item on your checklist 📋 is accurately ticked.
Be advanced enough to avoid FOMO when price is not presenting what you know or aligning with your optimal entry signals 💯.
Be courageous and confident enough to pull the trigger when price finally gives you everything you have patiently waited for.
Be dedicated enough not to allow fear to cut short your wins, but instead to enjoy the reward of your hard work and disciplined execution.
Remember this:
Do not HOPE when you are meant to FEAR and cut your losses,
and do not FEAR when you are meant to HOPE and hold your wins.
Switching these two—HOPE & FEAR—is what ruins most traders’ efforts 💯.

Stop-Loss as Your Invalidation Level Your stop-loss should represent true market invalidation — not fear, and not randomness. A poorly placed SL leads to premature invalidation, creating emotional damage instead of reflecting a technical flaw. When this happens, study the scenario. Understanding why it happened gives clarity and helps refine your system. 3. Take Profit at Liquidity Levels Your TP should always target liquidity — IRL or ERL. Set it properly during backtesting to avoid narrowly missed TPs. Also, do not oversize your TP expectations. Unrealistic TP targets create unnecessary system flaws and emotional pressure.
