Throughout the demanding 2025 golf season, the Hickory Stick agronomy crew consistently ensured an exceptional experience for all players. Their efforts and expert management allowed the course to maintain its first-class condition with a limited budget and high volume of play

I can just hear my professors talking about “micro environments” with this one picture. We have been very dry lately and LDS (localized dry spot) just started to show up. HOWEVER last night we received 1.3 inches of rain which fired up black algae in the low area of this green.

What a great week of late summer project work! Seeding, new asphalt prep, new concrete pad for a storage barn, and 45 tons of new sand in a bunker that has been an issue for a decade. Getting it done! @HickoryStickGC
