@PNEPlug Been saying this for a few weeks now. It's obvious. Every single time we have the slightest sniff of success, and possibilities, somebody or someone makes it so it doesn't happen. The owners simply can not allow it to happen. They've too much to lose.

@KevinH1505 @bodenknights Financially the club HAS to get out of the championship, so even if we pulled the trigger on him early if he was to get us promoted, it wouldn’t be the end of the world

@TurfyTopper @bodenknights That's the problem isn't it. He more than likely gets us back up but then what? On the other hand name another manager we can get that fills you with confidence in the Championship and then again in the PL...

A couple of months ago I felt it was harsh to criticise Parker too much, Burnley were staying in games, players fighting for the cause. But now? Performances like tonight and Brighton away becoming the norm. 12 wins in 76 PL games is a woeful record. Down with a whimper
