My modelling of new omicron variant (repurposing some excellent open source techniques from @TuringDStories: alan-turing-institute.github.io/TuringDataStor…). Note decoupling of data and predicted admissions - suggesting vaccine and herd immunity could flatten admissions curve this Christmas.
