@notpopbase I’d love to see this court case. Telling you facts is not harassment and not violating free speech. Seriously, how would this violate your free speech? Do you even understand what free speech means?

I am now in contact with my lawyers. Weaponizing Community Notes to engage in targetted harassment is not okay. Everyone who has noted me is going to see me in court. Disguising harassment as “adding context” is not okay. Using community notes is a violation of my free speech.

The trans-identified male in question had been on TV warning sportswomen to 'be careful' about what they tweet, proclaimed his support for males in female sport and had targeted me repeatedly on X. You may consider these the actions of a vulnerable shrinking violet. I don't.

I have no trouble addressing ”Lance” as “Lauren” if he wants me to, or referring to him as “Lauren.” I will not, however, allow him to police my language to the point of pretending I believe he is a “she.”

He says “ladies you’re not alone” implying we should feel like men are on our side and not trans folks. I feel more alone around a man like this.
