Gen Z, Gen Alpha, now Gen AI... One of our AI Innovation leaders messaged me from New Delhi this weekend. His 19-year-old daughter was signing with the Airports Authority of India. Her AI feedback platform is deploying across 100+ airports. She built it in weeks. We didn't turn her dad into an AI guy. He already was one. That's who we recruit. What we do is drop world-class talent into a culture that refuses to sit still. Weekly shipping. Demos instead of KPI reviews. A constant sense of urgency that we aren't ahead, we're just not getting run over from behind yet. That AI DNA goes home with our people. Shows up at the dinner table. Shapes how their kids think about what's buildable. A 19-year-old shipping production systems at enterprise scale doesn't come out of nowhere. She came from the water this family swims in. Cool things are truly happening here.


With tools like Perplexity Computer and Claude CoWork, I now spend more than 50% of my time giving instructions instead of executing tasks. Repetitive work is delegated, and the real focus has moved to thinking, decision-making, and problem framing. Feels less like doing work, more like directing it. @IgniteTech


Eric Schmidt says the 10x advantage is no longer execution. It is defining what counts as success. A programmer writes a spec and an evaluation function, runs it at 7pm, and wakes up to what was invented overnight. The advantage now belongs to whoever can specify the problem precisely. The rest will be automated.

I had access to the new Google Lyria 3 Pro music AI. Its quite good. I've been ruining(?) Rilke by giving the AI the First Elegy & asking it to make it "more 1990s boy band" ("oooo the beginning of terror, girl") Catchy! It is also nuts that you can ask an AI to do this & it can







How to hire in 2026: 1. Feed all of your business documents / numbers into Claude Code 2. Ask it to identify the #1 bottleneck in your business to further growth 3. Have it write up a highly detailed job description for that role 4. Feed that job description into Claude Code and tell it to build an agent to do the job 5. Repeat
