Mainly I think it's harder to write off for example "money is socially constructed" as meaning "money is fake" since it's describing a process undertaken upon money rather than some innate quality of money.

This is SO horribly pedantic of me but I do think that we'd get a lot farther if we said "x is socially constructed" rather than "x is a social construct"
