Thereโ€™s a clear pattern forming around @gmtrade_xyz: participation is quietly compounding value. While some users are already active and accumulating GT Points, others are still observing. The difference between the two groups is timing, and in this system, timing directly impacts outcomes. If youโ€™re evaluating how to engage, the process itself is uncomplicated: โ€ข Link your Solana wallet โ€ข Select a market of interest (commodities, forex, indices, or crypto) โ€ข Execute a trade From there, GT Points accrue through normal platform activity: โ†’ Transaction fees contribute to your GT balance โ†’ Maintaining open positions generates additional points via borrowing costs โ†’ Staking GLV or GM creates a steady stream of GT, with longer durations improving yield โ†’ Network referrals extend your earning potential beyond your own activity The key concept: GT is not abstract. It is recorded on-chain and designed to reflect user contribution ahead of the TGE. With the mint cycle already progressing past 170, participation timing is becoming increasingly relevant for anyone looking to optimize accumulation. Join in here: gmtrade.xyz/referrals/?refโ€ฆ

If you're reading this just know that we have lost the job market to AI. Forbes just dropped a bombshell. Here's what nobody is telling you... AI can now handle some tasks in almost every profession. Some workers will benefit, others will struggle. โ€ข Higher-skilled workers may become more productive and valuable. โ€ข The lower-skilled, repetitive-task workers face the greatest risk of displacement. The Big Picture here is what Changes vs what Stays with us Humans โฏ Routine writing & analysis โ†’ Leadership & decision making. โฏ Data processing โ†’ Empathy & relationship building. โฏ Scheduling & admin โ†’ Ethics & accountability. โฏ Basic customer service โ†’ Complex problem-solving. โฏ Research & summarizing โ†’ Creativity & innovation The boring and repetitive parts get handed to AI while humans will focus more on what requires judgment and empathy. With how fast AI seems to be going, in the long run 90% of humans will be the biggest losers... Guess what 80% of people out there don't know what is coming....

A lot of people on CT know about @gmtrade_xyz now. They've seen volume moving gradually and people already stacking GT Points. But many still havenโ€™t made their first trade and that delay costs GT as the mint cycle keeps rising. Hereโ€™s the simple flow I used: - Connect your Solana wallet - Pick a market (gold, silver, forex, indices, crypto priced via Chainlink oracles) - Open a position Now the important part: Every action generates GT Points. โ€ข Trading fees โ†’ convert to GT โ€ข Borrowing fees while holding โ†’ convert to GT โ€ข Stake GLV/GM โ†’ earn GT at APY (longer stake = higher rewards) โ€ข Referrals โ†’ earn a % of the GT your network generates GT is an on-chain verifiable points system and your credential for the TGE. Mint cycle is already 170+, so earlier participation = better accumulation.

The future internet might not run on subscriptions. Instead, it could be per-request payments between machines. The subscription model was built for humans, but the machine economy needs something faster. L402 is the Bitcoin-native bridge that finally lets AI agents pay for data in real time, one โ€œsatโ€ at a time. Instead of paying $20/month for a tool you rarely use, your agent pays a fraction of a cent only when it actually does work. This isnโ€™t just a technical update; itโ€™s the financial infrastructure for true AI autonomy. No credit cards, no monthly fees just pure, programmatic value. The shift from โ€œPay-per-Monthโ€ to โ€œPay-per-Taskโ€ is officially here. Detailed write-up: @Mars_DeFi
Mars_DeFi@Mars_DeFi

While there's a lot of attention on x402 as the standard for agent-to-agent payments , competing standards/implementations are rising. Although they're not yet mainstream, their capabilities can no longer be ignored. One of such implementations is @lightning 's L402. โ€” What is L402 ? L402 just like x402 has one aim which is to repurpose the dormant HTTP 402 "Payment Required" status code to enable AI agents to autonomously pay for services. L402 actually predates x402 conceptually, having been developed as a way to gate API access behind Lightning Network micropayments. @lightning recently formalized L402 for the AI agent era with a full open-source toolkit release, positioning it as the Bitcoin-native answer to Coinbase's stablecoin-centric x402. โ€” How L402 Works: Technical Architecture Step 1 - Request: An AI agent sends an HTTP GET/POST to an L402-protected endpoint. Step 2 - 402 Response: The server returns HTTP 402 Payment Required with a WWW-Authenticate header containing: โ€ข A Lightning Network invoice (the payment request) โ€ข A Macaroon (a bearer token that commits to the invoice's payment hash) Step 3 - Payment: The agent pays the Lightning invoice and receives a preimage (cryptographic proof of payment). Step 4 - Access: The agent resends the original request with the Macaroon + preimage in the Authorization header. The server verifies both and grants access. This is fundamentally different from x402 where instead of signing an onchain stablecoin transaction, the agent pays in satoshis over Lightning and uses the payment preimage as an unforgeable access credential. โ€” The Macaroon System ( L402's Secret Weapon). Macaroons are what make L402 uniquely powerful. Unlike simple API keys, macaroons are: โ€ข Attenuatable : you can add caveats (restrictions) without invalidating the token โ€ข Decentralized : no central server needed to verify them โ€ข Composable a macaroon can encode time limits, IP restrictions, spending caps, or specific operation permissions For AI agents, this means you can issue a macaroon that says: "This agent can only spend up to 1,000 sats per hour, only on weather API calls, only from this IP range." That's granular, programmable access control baked into the payment credential itself. โ€” This is possible because of the Lightning Agent Tools Stack. Built by Lightning Labs, it gives AI agents native access to the Bitcoin Lightning Network, enabling them to buy and sell resources autonomously. Key components: โ€ข LND skill โ€“ run a Lightning node (no full Bitcoin node needed) โ€ข lnget โ€“ HTTP client that automatically pays APIs using the L402 protocol โ€ข Aperture โ€“ reverse proxy that lets developers put APIs behind Lightning paywalls โ€ข Macaroon Bakery โ€“ creates scoped credentials so agents only have limited permissions โ€ข Lightning MCP Server โ€“ lets AI agents query Lightning node state through the Model Context Protocol โ€ข Security module โ€“ remote signer keeps private keys on a separate machine โ€ข Commerce workflows โ€“ tools for agents to buy or sell services โ€” Strengths of L402 : โ€ข Lightning Network maturity โ€ข Lightning payments settle within milliseconds. This enables streaming payments and API metering. โ€ข L402 benefits from Bitcoin liquidity and established security Limitations: โ€ข Lightning requires channel liquidity. โ€ข Users must run a Lightning wallet and manage channels โ€ข Not ideal for multi-chain environments. โ€” The future internet might not be subscriptions rather it could be per-request payments between machines. This is why it would be good to keep an eye on this implementation just as much as you would x402.
