@The_WGD I don't see it happening soon. The house is well built for the heat but over the last couple of decades I have noticed that I have got 20 years older and if that process continues then who knows where this will all end up.

I have decided that drinking is awesome and midlife alcoholism is not a crime. Also, I don't really drink but think that drunkenness is an overall boon to our species. And sometimes you need a couple of pops to handle a two-day headache, kill germs, or make safe unpotable water.
