@SteveDarlingMP The key point is the 'legal' discharges vital for storm sewage control. This can only be solved by an enormous national tax spend. At least be honest about this and plan the thing.

There were over 600,000 sewage discharges last year, many of which were illegal. All this whilst water bills are up 36%, and companies continue to pay shareholders billions.
