But I think the real goal of report is to ensure there are 4 pro clubs no matter how they or national team perform

It will mean insufficient prep time for the national team whose fortunes won't then be turned around AI generated slop, in bad faith as it messes with people's emotions

@RuckTheWRU @CraigosP1 Depends what the goal is. £6m is enough if the goal is to have 4 teams exist. If we accept they are all development teams for English clubs. £6m isn’t enough to compete in Europe or keep players in Wales but if ambition is scaled back they can exist
