Felt like Rhys Barratt announced himself as having transitioned from a player of promise to a genuine first team loosehead prop on Saturday.
Carried well, scrummaged well, melted a few lads in defence.

@Tenpin_Bowling Had an horrendous experience at the Nantgarw Centre yesterday. Been visiting for over 10 years and this was by far our worst experience. Kicking some kids off after a fraction of the time of the other group. We had some very upset children.

@scottbaldwin2 No district rugby between the end of u11s to 16s is huge for me. Only realised this season with my boy playing rhondda u11s. Players need to be challenged and be put under pressure. It’s a big step up from club games.

It all starts with the development of players both skill & athletic physical development from a young age. We cannot be genetically that much smaller than other nations, all we’ve said all autumn is size and power. PDC plans need to be top of that priority long term list.
