@CathyGoodwin159 @jennye_lee I agree, although the root cause goes back down to people being access GP services. My mum became so unwell after being unable to see a GP for over 2 weeks we ended up in A&E. For some A&E is a final desperate resort - we didn’t want to be there.

@jennye_lee Such appalling behaviour in a place of trauma, ill health or injury. People waiting in the emergency dept should not be "well" enough to clap and jeer. What are they even doing there? The whole triage system needs rethinking. So sorry you have to endure this.

@TwinkleMouse @HM_Passport Don't worry, my kids applications did this. It's annoying but you just need to find someone else to confirm their identity then if accepted they approve it very fast.
