Every time I contact customer care, they just raise a ticket, someone calls, and then the ticket gets closed without any actual resolution. This has been extremely frustrating. Need immediate action, not just ticket closures.@rentickle

Ordered a sofa from Rentickle on 12th April with a promised delivery timeline of 2–4 days. It’s 22nd April today and I still haven’t received the product. No proper updates either. This kind of delay and lack of communication is really disappointing. @rentickle
