Dear @British_Airways - I flew BA207 LHR-MIA yesterday. I’m an Exec Gold member. CSM Rebecca and team were excellent. But as one of their colleagues said ‘there are too many Gold members to make it special’. So I’m off to United. Prices keener, and service sharper. Sorry.
