My personal opinion .. Peruvian ceviche ain’t got shit on Mexican ceviche, I SAID WHAT I SAID! Eating shrimp w/ corn nuts , maíz and yams will never fkn do it for me … the sauce they make for it is good but it’s a typical aguachile sauce, nothing beats eating it with tostadas 🙃
