Ina, a brown bear rescued in 2014 from a tiny cage in Romania, was moved to Libearty Bear Sanctuary where she could finally roam free. But even in 170 acres of forest, she kept pacing the shape of her old cage for years. That’s what captivity does. Over time, she slowly began to break the habit and by 2024 was mostly just… being a bear again.

@joncoupland My cousin had one and loved it except for the roof which she said regardless of how much care you took putting it up you could never be 100% confident it wouldn’t leak. She eventually bought a hard top for it and fell in love with it all over again.
