Philadelphus creates the illusion Of orange blossom in lush profusion

Carbon since so long ago] Has always been a friendly foe A midwife of our life and breath But now an undertaker of our death

It may sound a bit unsavoury,  but could our sugar-based obesity  be blamed on the legacy of slavery

Oil countries use their sovereign wealth To buy countries like Britain albeit by stealth

Is it considered  too pedestrian To claim pavements for pedestrians? It is time to rise up and resist These law breakers in our midst

AI, or not AI, that is the question Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer The 1s and 0s of mighty algorithms Or by our own creativity end them

Odd that God AI solves  a problem once so odd God didn’t create Man It is Man who is creating God

Why it is happening again is no mystery The egos of  men are ignoring history Nothing will curb their urge to preside Even if it leads to genocide.  Is there no leader able to embrace The noble art of losing face What else will save the human race?

Do we really believe that the world’s first madam made the initial move in seducing Adam. Surely more sound, the other way round
