I am against gerrymandering, but I am also against unilateral disarmament. Gavin Newsom’s plan to redistrict in California, to get more seats in 2026, and stop Trump in his tracks, should be replicated by Democratic Governors across the country. We need to actually fight here.

All they had to do was countersignal PPP loans for 3rd party factories, promise a tax haven for manufacturing for 10 years... we already actually have more infrastructure for it than the US. Generic drugs are made here, bottling plants, etc. It's more than Trump has offered to open factories here.
But instead 2 dinks arguing over who is the best doormat, tiptoeing around issues...because at the end of the day politicians are enriched by Canada staying poor.

@TheHat2 tariffs went by the wayside because they're a terrible way of funding the govt. its like sawing off your foot for some food. they can have some potential use on a small scale to protect vital industries, but what trump is doing is just stupidity, not that it matters to his voters

What good does a tariff do to put more money in Americans' pockets if they're still paying income taxes?
The reason tariffs went by the wayside is because the Sixteenth Amendment and the Revenue Act were passed. If both tariffs and income tax are in place, it's gonna hurt more.
