@UniversityStar I hope this translates to raises and unrestricted dollars to hire and retain high quality Student Services staff. Staff are several market evaluations behind the competitive market. Because the current President did not value competitive pay for staff in Student Services.

JUST IN: Texas State announced a residence in San Marcos’ Spring Lake Hills neighborhood will serve as the home of the university’s next president. The property was purchased for $2.9 million using unrestricted institutional reserves. Story to come.

@UniversityStar The University has consistently underfunded and understaffed an office that would handle reporting, training and education regarding Clery and a Title IX. This is a top down issue, time for the current cabinet and President to be released.

Bobcats 🐾 If you filled out a provisional ballot you have until midday on Monday to cure it. You must take your ID to the County Elections office. A lot of students filled out provisional ballots and if you don’t cure it your vote won’t be counted.
