Based on pathology, we observed divergent trends in resident lymphocyte populations and myeloid-derived suppressor cells and neutrophils. Epithelial infiltration of CD15+ neutrophils associated to pathology provides a biomarker of interest for assisting HSIL diagnosis 2/2.
