Hit a dead end. The company controlling Newsweek archives says I have to find the photographer (Nancy Chase) or her estate for permission. Seems like a needle in a haystack, unless anyone has any brilliant ideas how to track her or her estate down? I've been trying.

@ForwardBike @marcelemoran Of course the school is complaining. But most complaints come from transient residents. Real NYers have been dealing with cars on the sidewalks for the past 40 years. We deal with it. NYC needs to build more car infrastructure and less focus on bicycles
