People calling Iran a “moral army” or saying it’s “fighting for humanity” have it completely backwards. There is nothing moral about silencing your own people. In Iran, protest can cost you your freedom or your life. Being gay can do the same. Women are stripped of basic rights and autonomy. Humanity doesn’t start on the battlefield, it starts with how a government treats its own people. Don’t let propaganda drown out that truth.

This would be great if it wasn't hypocrisy. Hundreds of thousands of not millions have been killed in the name of Christ. Especially under the Catholic Church.
