I would just like to say that as someone who is a Christian that this is flatly incorrect, goes against the core values of what a Christian is supposed to believe and stand for, and that statements from people like this is why so many within Christianity (myself included) don’t identify as Christian (instead simply a believer in Jesus) and why so many view Christians as judgmental, hateful people when that’s the complete opposite of what Jesus came to this Earth to do

Normally I don’t chime in on this type of stuff, but I majored in biblical studies/youth ministry in college.
By Ivey’s logic, no prayers would ever be heard because Romans 3:23 says “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

@KuKhahil You’re not a follower of Jesus if you gonna publicly declare Scriptural sentiment anti Christian or against Christian values…. Jesus said blessed are those who hear his word and keep it. Plenty of scriptures that tell you God is far from the wicked yet he hears the righteous.
