@DThompsonDev The most exotic I get most of the time is asking for multiple parallel examples that I then evaluate before the next step

Social media makes me feel like I am a fool because I use AI but use my IDE to actually read the code and know what is going on in my apps.

I've been using @claudeai to generate 80% of the content for my website, with light editorial input, and it seems to be working pretty well.

"AI never gives me the style I want". I hear this constantly. Here's the fix: stop asking for one answer. Ask your agent for 3-4 different approaches instead, then just pick whichever one fits your taste.

I don't know anyone on my feed who pays for Cursor or Perplexity anymore. How are these companies still around?

@4lexsvv @thezlatkom Agreed. I'd guess low single digits in the U.S., and that's just the early adoption. We are at like 10% of programmers probably adopting meaningfully.

@ben_sage Have AI make 5 - 7 radically different designs. Pick the best one. Have it incorporate things from the other designs if useful.

Nobody currently debates web frameworks. Now it’s just AI models.

Finally. @claudeai just merged Chat and Cowork into a single Home tab, and this is the one I've been wanting since Cowork launched. Before this, you had to pick a lane before you even opened a conversation: Chat if you just wanted to talk, Cowork if you needed Claude to read your files and get to work. Now it's one tab, and you just start typing. That's not even the best part of this update. You can now turn any conversation into a Skill, or schedule it to run on its own, every Monday at 9am, no touching it again. If you're on a Team account, it goes further: - Projects are now shared org-wide now. Including Cowork projects, which used to be stuck on one person's laptop. Client files, proposals, timelines, estimates, all in one shared workspace. Skills, connectors, and plugins share across the org too. Artifacts got real sharing. Import from a link, share internally (used to be local-only), grab a share link, pop it out into its own window. Between the Cowork merge + all of the app updates, they pushed a lot of heat with this release. Watch this 9 minute video to get caught up on everything! ↓
Claude@claudeai

Claude Cowork is coming to mobile and web. Hand Claude a task at your desk and pick up the finished work from your phone. Close the laptop and Claude keeps going. Beta is rolling out over the next several weeks starting with the Max plan, with more plans to follow.

New in Claude Code: /checkup Run /checkup to: 1. Clean up unused skills/MCPs/plugins and save context 2. Dedup your local CLAUDE.md against the checked in CLAUDE.md 3. Break up root CLAUDE.md into nested CLAUDE.md's + skills 4. Turn off slow hooks 5. Update your Claude Code to the latest version 6. Enable auto mode by default 7. Pre-approve frequently denied read-only commands .. And a few other goodies. /checkup confirms with you before making any changes. Enjoy!
