I’ve been going to the gym incredibly consistently since the end of November, eating better, getting more rest. I think I’m doing pretty good!! The gains slowly but surely just keep on coming!!

I’m so excited for The Odyssey next year! However, I’m loving the Troy praise that’s coming out of it. One of my all time favourite films and it has aged like absolute wine 🍷 if you haven’t seen it just make sure you watch Theatrical and not directors cut.

Never say never. Been focussed on my career goals this year. But I’m still training almost everyday currently. Might be back in the cage next year. I’m also 30 now, so not sure how long I can fight for as a hobby when I have other life responsibilities to focus on.
