Now 5 days in. If you have in-house doctors and ortho specialists, access to nearly immediate MRIs/CT scans, what injury takes this long to diagnose and estimate recovery time?
Unless it's Alex Smith catastrophic (can't compete like this, anyway), this all makes little sense.

What kind of medical or orthopedic sports injury takes longer than 48 hours to diagnose and estimate recovery time? In other sports this process happens as fast as the equipment and doctors can be ready to diagnose. It’s much quicker.
