I don’t care if Marte goes down and hits .380/.425/.580 over a month stretch. He needs to stay in Louisville until the plate approach drastically improves and he learns to lift the ball consistently. In 2023 Marte posted a solid ~28% chase rate. He’s at 48% this year. #Reds

Morgan State’s Yannis Charles has had a day. This at EIWA’s 157 lbs. Charles came in as the 12 seed at a weight which had only 2 allocations. He first upset 5 seed Nichter (Drexel) 10-4. Then upset 4 seed Nadeau (Binghamton) 9-7. Then came this in the semis vs 1 seed Jonathan Ley (Navy). Early on the two heading towards out of bounds and Ley Lateral drops him on gym floor. Coach Kenny Monday takes his wrestler back for concussion protocol while the action was deemed illegal for one point. It was decided Charles could not return. With that Charles has punched a ticket to NCAAs without even needing to wrestle the final while Ley will after Russell back for third and hope that he gets an out large to get in Not a good situation at all.

Yesterday the Chargers changed how the Chiefs and their fans perceive them. Rather than cowering to the mighty Chiefs, LAC transformed themselves into bullies. They were so physical that the two time defending SB champions complained about being hit too hard. Let that sink in.

@MatScouts1 Disagree. Any effort to get back in bounds and the top wrestler just goes out of bounds and you wasted time and effort trying to work back in.

Any time a wrestler clearly tries to get to the floor (off the mat) for a restart should be a stall. how is this not a thing?

@FloWrestling This is not a slam on you. I just want you to be aware of an issue I am encountering, while at the same time, seeing if others have had similar issues. When doing video replay’s from the brackets, any chance we could get that adjusted where we can see the end of matches? I am 1/5 right now with Clarion Open. -McCrone vs Siden video actually did not cut out till final whistle blew in 3rd. -McCrone vs Milani video ends with 17 seconds left in 3rd -McCrone vs Bouzakis video ends with 40 seconds left in 3rd -Davino vs Cortez video ends 40 seconds early in Sudden Victory -Knox vs Bouzakis, there just isn’t a replay. Click play and get “uh oh! We encountered a problem. Try again later.” Later does not help. I will see if replays are on youtube. Anyone else notice this? Or did I just happen to pick the 4 matches that 👎🏼?

According to the UWW rulebook: "If a defending wrestler, by an illegal action, prevents his opponent from developing his hold, the defending wrestler will be cautioned. His opponent will receive one point in FS." Jax should have gotten 1 on the singlet pull at 30 seconds
