It was the ignition switch. We swapped it out for a new one, and my car is working fine again. Still going to replace the battery because it's the original one from the factory

Why is it that the moment things start to go well for me, something has to come and ruin it? I was super excited to go on a road trip to meet up with some friends I haven't seen in a while, and now I have a possible engine/electrical/fuel pump related issue with my car. Fucking hate life

Welp, my cars engine is now running even with the key not in the car. Either a battery issue, a wiring issue, or my fuel pump is shitting the bed
