Class of 2030: Let’s see who makes the Rising Stars All–South Florida Freshman Team this upcoming season. These players were the top 8th graders competing on varsity this past season.
One standout is Nehemiah Floyd, who now plays for Florida Christian School. He has already earned attention at the next level, including an offer from Georgia State University.
Another is Tyson Baier, now at West Boca Raton High School. Baier wrapped up what was have the most challenging schedule faced by any 8th-grade Player of the Year in recent seasons, competing against top-level varsity competition throughout the year.
Brandon King, at 6-foot-1 and 170 pounds, has the upside to become the highest-rated prospect in this group based on long-term potential. He currently plays for Florida Christian School.
