Bank holiday Sunday, decided to go for a short 3.5k run and a bath with a small wine! If it wasn’t for corona I would be 2 bottles of wine deep dancing in the pub 🍷

Well today I should have been taking my MQI, instead I signed up to be a British Red Cross reserve volunteer in my area so that I can carry on helping people even when I’m not at work!
