AEW has yet to show that massive growth wwe had. Long term TK needs to attract the next gen of fans.that comes from attracting families

@Fr0zen_Angel_ @GoodMicWork You’ve missed my point. When Vince bought wwf he made it mainstream and families came out in droves. It created generations of fans. Attitude era was risqué but I never recall using syringes/skewers and every show being a bloodbath.

One company gives us shorter, less violent PPVs with less matches and more family-friendly entertainment. The other company jam packs as many matches on the show as possible with an edgier vibe and frequent excessive violence. As a wrestling fan I would hate it if the #1 and #2 promotions were doing the exact same shit. Last night I watched Revolution and thought the barf-inducing violence was fun. Tonight I'll watch Raw and I won't need any needles piercing the cheeks of wrestlers to find the show enjoyable. AEW and WWE's identities are clearly defined. Being butthurt, tribal, and angry over the absolute stupidest shit and spending hours tweeting behind a 50 follower account with an AI Tony Khan pic is a terrible way for a wrestling fan to spend their time. I think some folks should stop being stupid and start being wrestling fans. It ain't hard to not be an angry little bitch 24/7. Try it.
