This wage proposal offers AFSCME-represented employees increases totaling 26% over the course of a five-year contract. UC has also offered to raise the minimum wage to $25 for our lowest paid employees.

So far, UC has offered 26 proposals and 36 counterproposals, including two significant wage proposals, expanded sick paid leave, and new health care credits to offset costs.
