A cop happened to be driving thru and saw the car and stopped when they didn't see a handicap tag. The lady accused the officer of stopping only because she was black and the officer had a white power trip. The woman shouldn't have even been driving, no License and a warrant for no show, used her kids as an accuse to not go to jail or court because of children services.
