Back in August I had £0.83 left in my bank account… today I moved 4,000 miles to Canada and got my own apartment, hard work will outweigh luck eventually I promise. Love all my friends and my girlfriend for putting me in this position. Can’t wait to see what the next 9 months bring ❤️

@StaticMMIV This isn’t nessessarily bad netcode, it’s the standard in most game unfortunately, this is more client-server desync. Val demos are reconstructed from the server side not the client side. If you see you miss in demo but didnt miss in-game you experience client-server desync.

@Scorpion1000335 @jpexo_ @JurkooX It's not dying because of UEFN creators, it's dying because the company has a aggressive and non-sustainable payout system for said creators. They are giving A 100% REVENUE SHARE TO CREATORS FOR VBUCKS, 100%! It will NEVER be able to stay like this long term.

Seeing so many hate comments on UEFN from people that don't know sh*t uefn is bringing in 40-50% of the playerbase (sometimes even more on map events) im also seeing to many people saying we getting paid 40% but in reality its 16% there are many people that log in just to play UEFN maps and people don't even realize that. lowering the payout by a lot would just hurt them even more. less maps->less players/returning players->lower player spendings->lower LTV->lower revenue do the math.

Today’s layoffs will be solely blamed on UEFN instead of recognising that Epic doesn’t know how to run their company. Legal Battles, Collabs and bad use of resources. Its not creators, it’s how unsustainable the UEFN payout system is. Roblox paid more and is fine, let it sink in.

@jpexo_ @JurkooX I would say its bringing more like 30-35% there is probably 5-10% that would switch to core modes. My girlfriend’s brother and his friends only play UGC Maps, alot of new players mainly kids enjoy UGC without it they would play roblox.

@rezonayy Roblox spent $1B on UGC last year. The only reason why Fortnite isn’t sustainable right now is because it ISNT a UGC platform and they have no idea how to get there. They should either go full ugc or full fortnite. They are killing their company.

@x103p You are correct about us not having tools at all btw and its a absolute joke how limited we are in UEFN compared to Roblox editor. The same company who made UNREAL ENGINE should be able to give us something more than limited digest files.

@x103p Because if they reduce payouts their competition begins to win, its business economics. It's nowhere near 40% at all. What they should do however is reward unique, new experiences instead of pushing garbage, its a bad look that every popular map is a Roblox copy.

@mackjack Why stop there man? You guys clearly have a thing for bringing NEW experiences instead of going down the route of trying to IMPROVE existing experiences. You're last 11 maps are super saturated markets. Please give a few more maps a shot before closing up shop. Do what u do best.

@mackjack Look at some of your top performing maps even your top 4 at least 3/4 of them were unique maps, maybe 4/4! I see you guys really got unlucky with the murder mystery map as you guys did release first (I think) but even then when you released it was unique.
