The UFT joined our friends and allies in @FedWorkersUtd yesterday to take a stand against ICE raids and arrests in workplaces. We refuse to look the other way while vulnerable people are targeted.

UFT President Mulgrew warned of 4,000-5,000 para vacancies in September. “Every time the city cannot fill a para position, a child with special needs does not get services,” he said as he called on @SpeakerAJones and her staff to move the RESPECT check bill to a hearing.
