It’s my birthday today so quick reintroduction. Almost 3 years ago I started making UGC videos on Fiverr for $25 each trying to pay off $20k of debt. I knew nothing about content creation. Just started. Fast forward: • $20k debt paid off in 6 months • 600+ brand partnerships • $300k+ generated • Built a team • Built a UGC agency producing 40–60 videos/month All while working a full-time job. Also a husband and dad of 3. A lot of early mornings. A lot of late nights. A lot of lunch break filming sessions. Not easy. But worth it. Grateful for this community.

@UGCShawne That’s a conversion problem. You need to make the same tweaks you would on a sales page or a VSL when it’s not converting

I’m not a Fiverr pro or coach in any shape or form, but here’s what I did to get more impressions on one of my gigs: 1.Found 20 creators in my same demographic who were Level 2 and had at least 5 orders in queue, and studied their gig titles. 2.Wrote down ALL the keywords from their descriptions, FAQs, and tags. 3.Noted the action verbs they were using. 4.Built a list of 25 long-tail keywords based on Fiverr’s search bar. 5.Used AnswerThePublic to validate search volume. 6.After validating everything, I wrote 10 possible titles. Let them sit for 2 hours. Came back and picked one, well I actually mixed two. 7.Rewrote my gig description, making sure it was filled with strong long-tail and regular keywords. Updated tags based on search volume from Fiverr and AnswerThePublic. It took me about 8 hours. Next step: record a new gig video and create at least 4 cover variations to test if the first one doesn’t get clicks or convert. #ugc #ugccommunity
