@UHC is #Accredo pharmacy the only specialty pharmacy I can use to fill my Rx? It has been almost 2 weeks since they received my refill request from my doctor and it has been under “pharmacist review”. Unacceptable! I shouldn’t have to call and request that people do their job.

Just paid @VirginAtlantic $200 (that’s two change fees for two people) to change my flight then eventually just cancel it, all within the same phone call. It’s $50 per passenger, per change, even though I was still talking to the same customer service rep! #WTF
