Delaying esophagectomy up to 12wks for regionalization, prehab, or feeding tube does NOT impact overall survival. Delaying for care at academic centers even improves survival! Superstar resident @CAlvaradoMD gave a terrific talk @AATSHQ @WomenInThoracic @UHCTSurgery @UofAZSurgery
