Happy Commonwealth Day to all RLC personnel from around the world.

Last week, nearly 60 of our JNCOs came together for a dynamic Leadership & Development Day led by the Corps SM and WO1 Hicks. The level of energy, active participation, and insightful feedback throughout the day was truly outstanding. Our JNCOs demonstrated their readiness to take on greater responsibility, lead with confidence, and help shape the future of our Corps. A highly successful event that clearly underscores the exceptional strength, commitment, and potential within our JNCO cohort.

Exercise Northern Strike 25 pushed 54 RLC teams to their limits, 8km marches, tactical challenges & a brutal 2km finale testing endurance, agility & leadership under pressure. Congratulations to 13 Air Assault Support Regiment RLC for taking home the title of RLC Military Skills Competition Winner 2025.
