@CitizenUddin Cyclist are one of the most nuisances on our roads today, they never follow rules and when they do they expect everyone else to follow with them, one single mistake an they make your life hell, they should PAY TAX, have INSURANCE if you wanna be on road with the big boys.

This female driver will probably be receiving many things through the post in the next few days as Xmas is nearly upon us. She probably won't be expecting a brown paper envelope though. Hopefully next time she comes across a vulnerable female cyclist, she will show better judgement in her driving.

Cyclists sometimes have lights at roundabouts too. This seems a lot of money for a minority group using that junction.

Surely pedestrians should have priority throughout the new roundabout, not just on the pavement & road? Just looks rather dangerous, especially for visually impaired & neurodivergent people.

@JuceeRob @HitsSYorksNews @SheffCouncil @ChrisDavisSmith Absolutely not true, firstly there are non in London. There is one in Cambridge which did see a slight rise in minor accidents, but also a rise in cycle and pedestrian traffic of around 30%.

@JamesMelville Don't forget we outsourced much of our manufacturing to China, so a lot of that CO2 came from making stuff for us. Also, not included in our figures is the CO2 from shipping, which is huge. Plus the graph should show per capita figures to make any sense. Misleading graphic.

In the @DailyMailUK today I comment on speeding fines hitting a record 2.7m. It couldn’t be down to so many roads being reduced to 20mph or local authorities so cash strapped. Could it?

@ChaponaBike123 The problem is, both vehicles are in their lanes, therefore the 1.5m rules doesn't apply. Such cycle lanes are now actually a menace to cycling.

As experts have pointed out, the van is indeed 1.5m away from the kerb. The problem is, the van needs to be 1.5m away from the cyclist, not the kerb.
