@virginmedia I cant even make a complaint about my non-existent Broadband because your service is down. Cant even live chat... Why you failing so hard? No comms to customers about a downed service. THIS IS POOR

@virginmedia Automated message said that there are issues accessing email and it hangs up. That's not my issue. I have no broadband or light on router. Managed to get the service check website to work, said a fix by 19:30. It's still borked

@virginmedia How about you call me.. You guys set up my Landline to be VOIP, so thats not working either!!! or is this 0800 free from Mobiles? Also, using a 😊 Emoji for when people are complaining and stressing, is not a smart move. There is nothing 😊 about this.
