@UKSuperPayments are you lot scammers or what? Purchased a pair of trainers from nike via your app, said it was going to arrive today. It didn’t so I contacted nike who told me that order is nothing to do with them, despite your email saying to contact them if theres any issues

@UKSuperPayments Used your app today to make a purchase for £184.95. You took my money and then said a problem and order not processed. Have had to make purchase direct from retailer. Obviously you still have my cash and you say up to 2 days for a reply. Useless service

@UKSuperPayments hi guys, with the merchants that choose to opt out of the cashback offers, are there any limits to transaction values/totals? 0% payment fees seems too good to be true. Thanks!

@GeoffFord Apologies for any confusion. Super users are allowed to withdraw £20 every 45 days. We are closely monitoring these limits and exploring the possibility of increasing or removing these in the near future.

Hey @UKSuperPayments, What a Scam! Classic bait and switch. Initially said withdrawal limited to £20 in FIRST 45 days. On day 45 I get an update (coincidence? I think not) which changes wording to £20 EVERY 45 days. Will take 7 1/2 months to withdraw £100. Deliberately misleading
