@OVOEnergy Hi. I've just taken delivery of a box, which has your logo on it, so I assume it's from you, and all it contains is a smart plug, 2 bulbs, some window and door seal, and a roll of radiator heat reflecting foil. I don't remember asking for any of it though!

@OVOEnergy Please can you tell me why you changed the way people are rewarded regarding Power Move? For each of the past 4 months I've had between 8 and 11 entries and not "won" a single thing. Not even a paltry £2 off my bill. I'm sure other suppliers are being fairer.

@ThatLukeBloke Nectar don't hold details of any products you have purchased in store, and we never have done. We understand this info is confirm from Nectar, but that is controlled by Sainsbury's themselves, as that is where the products are purchased from. Rob
@nectar Hi. I have a question about "Your 2024 basket revealed". Are you able to give me specific info about products I've bought, such as exactly how much/many of a certain product?
@sainsburys The app is already updated to the latest version, and I'm not having any issues with it. I'd just like to find out how many Soreen malt loaves I bought last year, because apparently I'm the #10 buyer in the whole of English Sainsbury's stores!
