@ZachHalverson do you know whatthe reasoning is behind not televising the 3rd place games? I feel like it would get more views than the 769th rerun of an episode of The Goldbergs

@DStarmanHockey I feel your pain.

In a conference like the Big Ten which has a lot of games on TV....mind boggling! Conferences need to put a rule in place, numbers and names must be clear in and in a contrasting shade and color of the sweater. This is absurd.

Will Seevers scores his 15th goal of the season at 5:16 of overtime. Mahtomedi (19-10-2) rallies from 2-0 down to defeat Delano (23-6-2) 4-3 for third place in Class A. Final shots 31-10 Zephyrs. Fine game by all.

Delano and Mahtomedi got to overtime tied at 3-3. Fuerst (9) tied the game for the Zephyrs; Kangas (33) gave the Tigers a 3-2 lead and Zach Brummer's first goal of the season put us into deadlock. Shots 29-28 Zephyrs.

@nut_history The way it treated Ty Cobb was shameful and largely untruthful. Baseball after the 1970s was treated as though seen from the window of a speeding train. There were historical inaccuracies. Other than that, I loved it.

@TwinsAlmanac Look at it this way ... Connie Mack was a catcher and had no uniform number at all. Technically, you could claim them all.

HELP! I get to choose a new uniform number for my townball team and I need ideas! I'm a catcher and the oldest player on the team. Would it be too wild to go with number 72 for Carlton Fisk, who caught in the majors until age 45? I could go with number 36 for Terry Steinbach who played townball after his MLB career. Johnny Blanchard wore 38. 14 or 9 for my childhood idols @Hrbie14 and Ted Williams (plus Wes Westrum wore 9), but I'm assuming those are spoken for since they were already in use. Our shortstop already got dibs on 44, which is my number with the @MinnokaGrays 🤣 @NotGaetti, what's the correct move here? When I first joined the team 10 years ago, they just handed me the number 11 jersey, but I'm not particularly attached to it.

Brekken Zabrok hits an empty net and Gentry Academy (17-9-2) shuts out White Bear Lake (13-12-3) 3-0 in the 4AA finals. Final shots 31-21 Stars.

No scoring in the second period. Gentry continues to lead White Bear Lake 2-0 at Aldrich in the 4AA final. Shots are now 26-13 and we'll see how much gas the Bears have in the tank. Third period on @NSPNminnesota and SCC.
